What Does It Mean To Be Truly Happy?

The Lord is my Shepherd, and I shall not be in want


This outbreak understandably shows us that the greatest things in life aren’t the things we used to have and enjoy. Money, drugs, sex, alcohol, pornography, fame, and fortune — anything that we can hold and touch and see is all temporary.


We may have one after another and still want more, but will never be fully content and genuinely happy. Friend, stress will never end and we can’t find the substantial point of happiness unless we know the TRUTH OF WHO GOD IS THROUGH HIS WORD.


GOD is immutable, he never changes. GOD’s Word is TRUTH and IT WILL NEVER CHANGE, so as HIS PROMISES.And when we know this truth, we will be truly happy.


Philippians 4:11-13

“11 I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances.12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty.
I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”


God does not give us any joy outside of the joy he has in himself already. We can only find our joy can only in Jesus.


So for anyone who has an active, intimate, praying, bible-reading, God-honoring relationship with JESUS, God bless you for you can always say that ”The Joy of the Lord is my strength.”


But for anyone of you who doesn’t have it yet as you’ve fully thought about, would it be too late to start one today?
